STEP 1 Download the App
Install the free ProPresenter Remote app on your phone or tablet:
- 📱 iPhone / iPad → Search ‘ProPresenter Remote’ in the App Store
- 🤖 Android → Search ‘ProPresenter Remote’ in the Google Play Store
| 💡 Tip: The app is free to download. Make sure you search for the exact name — ProPresenter Remote. |
STEP 2 Connect to the Church Wi-Fi
Before opening the app, connect your phone to the church Wi-Fi network:
- Open your phone’s Settings → Wi-Fi
- Select the following network:

- Enter the Wi-Fi password if prompted (ask your team leader if needed).
| ⚠️ Important: You must be on the Revive Church Wi-Fi for the app to find the screen. Mobile data will not work. |
STEP 3 Open the App & Connect
Once connected to Wi-Fi, open the ProPresenter Remote app:
- The app will automatically scan the network for devices.
- You should see Mac Mini appear in the list of available devices.
- Tap on Mac Mini to connect.
- When prompted for a password, enter:

- Tap Connect (or OK) — you are now linked to the main screen! ✅
STEP 4 Send a Child’s Check-In Number
To display a message on the main screen for a parent:
- In the app, tap the Messages
- Tap inside the text box.
- Type the child’s check-in number (e.g. 042).
- Tap Send or Display — the number will appear on the main screen.
| 💡 The parent will see the number on the big screen and know to collect their child. Keep messages short — just the number is perfect. |
