Revive Church – Care Wheel

This Care Wheel is designed for all members of Revive Church to be able to signpost people to the right care needed for them. Below is a summary of them and how to get in touch:

1. COMMUNITY GROUPS – We encourage everyone to be in an authentic community with a small group of people who you can grow in your relationship with God. Each Community Group has at least one guide who is responsible for supporting and organising elements of the group. If the Care Wheel suggests signposting to the Community Group- please get in touch with the Community Group Guide or should the person not be in a Community Group then contact Community Group steward. 2. BRIDGING GROUPS – These are short-term groups that give a taste of community around a particular theme or topic. The groups run between Community Group sign-ups for people to start growing in their faith. Bridging Groups range from Parenting, Marriage, Theology, Freedom, Healing etc. Bridging Groups registration is online and will be coming soon.
3. CARE+ – Is designed to help support people who may have complex pastoral needs that cannot be supported by their Community Group. Needs such as mental ill-health, serious illness, relationship breakdown, trauma, addiction and sometimes grief.  A needs analysis is completed to understand what the person needs and requests from Revive, find out which other organisations are already supporting the individual and we will empower through signposting them to the correct area or external agency as needed. 4. CAP – Christians Against Poverty – We have a number of CAP services that we can support people with in Revive and others we can refer people to. Please contact mark.wilbourne@revivechurch.uk to learn more.
5. PRAYER MINISTRY – This team can support people who have requested specific prayer. Please request prayer via www.revivechurch.uk/prayer
6. FUNDS – If there are immediate financial needs then we have 2 funds we can apply to for support. ACTS435 is an external partner with who we can request money for any need. We also have our Revive Community Fund. This is available for anyone in or outside of Revive that has a need. You can apply for fuds via our website – https://www.revivechurch.uk/acts-435/
