If you need to report or discuss a safeguarding concern call or text 01663 250 112 and our safeguarding coordinator will get in touch. Alternatively, you can complete the form below.
This Concern log will be sent directly to our Safeguarding Coordinator and form logged in our secure database for record-keeping. Once received the Safeguarding Coordinator will be in touch to discuss via phone or in person normally the same or next day of receipt.
