Tips & Things to Do

Headset Management – Please communicate to the speaker & leader the requirements for leaving the Headsets on for the entire service – and return them once the service has finished.

Headsets should be muted on the Desk to ensure that they are not heard through any feeds unless they are supposed to be. This requires constant and careful attention for when leaders and speaker are speaking.
